This resource center provides you with a wealth of information for Julian Farm and Orchard. Our Team Member Guide includes our company culture, business operations, offerings and policies, team minded focus, position types and responsibilities, scheduling procedures, compensation, farm safety, injury and accident reporting, accommodations, leaves and more.

We are committed to a work environment in which all team members are treated with respect. We prohibit discrimination and all forms of harassment against team members, interns, contractors, clients and volunteers.
As required by the State of California, all Julian Farm and Orchard full-time, part-time, and/or seasonal employees will be required to complete a 1-hour paid Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
Supervisory roles are required to complete a 2-hour training once every 2-years and non-supervisory role 1-hour of training every 2-years. Training is also required for seasonal and/or temporary employees, as well as employees hired to do work less than six month, within 30 calendar days of hire or within their 100 hours works, whichever comes first.
Upon hire you will have 30-days to complete the State of California's Sexual Harassment Prevention training through the Civil Rights Department. The training video includes defining sexual harassment and prevention, a short exam to confirm that you understand the material, and a final certificate of completion.
The completion certificate will need to be provided to your Manager or Human Resources contact. Once the certificate is submitted a 1-hour compensation credit will be applied to your timesheet during the current pay cycle.
