NEW PROGRAM - FARM SCHOOL DAY CAMP
(Must have a group of less than 24 paying attendees)
Offered on select days when the farm is closed to the general public.
Farm School Day Camps are field trips hosted by Julian Farm and Orchard. This program is booked only through our online booking system on our website. The program is designed so we can accommodate those who typically cannot meet our group's minimum requirements.

PACKAGE 2 - STANDARD FIELD TRIP PROGRAM
(Must have a group of 25 or more paying attendees)
Offered Wednesday and Thursday when the farm is closed
to the general public.

PACKAGE 3 - (GL)ICE SKATING FIELD TRIPS
Offered Wednesday and Thursday when the farm is closed
to the general public between the 2nd weekend of November through January 1st.
$25 per skater over the age of 3 and $15 for any non-skating attendee over the age of 18 months.
What's Included:
(3) Hours on the Farm
A 40-minute skating session, ice skates, (optional use of) helmets, a hayride, visit to the petting zoo, and free time for yard games and lunch.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

There must be a minimum of 25 skaters per session.

Skaters must be over the age of 3. We do recommend that young children are accompanied by a skating adult.

Skate sessions start at 10:30 am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, and 3:30pm.

The skating rink has a capacity of 48. Larger groups may need to book multiple skating sessions.

Groups are required to arrive 30 minutes before reservation start time to ensure adequate time for check-in.

Skate rental quantities per size are limited and handed out on a first-come basis. Skates available for rent are European shoe sizes 25 to 47. Approximately US size baby 8.5 to a men's 13. Sizing will be determined upon arrival.

Waivers: All (Gl)ice skaters are required to sign a waiver to participate. Parent(s) or Court-Appointed Legal Guardian(s) must sign for any participating minor (those under 18 years of age). An adult can sign the waiver for up to 10 miners at a time. When an adult is signing for a minor, the minor's name must be listed on the waiver. For field trips, our staff will create a special waiver link for your group. This will allow the group coordinator to see who has signed the waiver. All waivers must be signed before arrival.

Skating sessions during normal business hours are only available through our self-booking reservation system on our website.

We are open regardless of the weather. Please have the group dress according to the weather forecast.

Field Trips must be booked in advance.

Invoices must be paid prior to arrival. Net 30 with signed Purchase Order.

The kids will get dirty, so please make sure they wear clothes and shoes appropriate for a farm environment. We suggest children wear a school shirt to identify group members easily.

If a student(s) needs financial assistance to attend the field trip please let us know.

There is no drinking water available on the farm. Please bring water for your group.

All field trip reservations will receive one group invoice. The invoice will be created based on the group roster head count provided to Julian Farm and Orchard staff two weeks prior to the field trip date. A group roster with participants' names including what the attendee paid for must be submitted to our team at the time the final headcount is given.
